Making Summerswood School secure
The school premises had been vulnerable with anyone able to access the outer perimeter. We worked with the school to develop and install pedestrian and vehicle gates along with additional perimeter fencing – in line with new OFSTED directives – to keep the children safe.
More recently, we renewed old chain link fencing in the playground.
“We asked three suppliers to tender for the work but chose PSL as they offered the most support; for example- even before the contract was awarded – they visited the school to see the site which was not the case with some other suppliers. We have found PSL to be honest and deliver what they say they will. There has never been any pressure selling from PSL, such as trying to upsell or persuade us to spend more than is necessary.
PSL completed the work on time, including rectifying a couple of issues and they have since given us their advice and the benefit of their expertise. The school is now a much more secure and safe environment for the children and staff.”
